- SEAT Tarraco trophy cabinet grows at Fleet World Great British Fleet Awards
- Seven-seater named Best Fleet Large SUV
- Generous technology, comfort and practicality continues to make affordable Tarraco a favourite for fleets
- New Leon Highly Commended in Best Lower Medium Fleet Car
The SEAT Tarraco has grown its trophy cabinet after being named the Best Large SUV at the Great British Fleet Awards.
Since its launch in 2019, when it became the brand’s first seven-seat SUV, the SEAT Tarraco has been critically acclaimed by the motor industry and drivers, boasting a reputation as among the most dynamic and practical all-rounders on the SUV market.
Scooping the Best Fleet Large SUV Award, the Tarraco has reaffirmed its place as a favourite for fleets, providing generous technology, outstanding comfort and practicality while remaining affordable for businesses.
Hosted by Fleet World and judged by their expert panel of editors, the publication’s Great British Fleet Awards highlight excellence in fleet management, and the products and services which support operators running safer, greener and more cost-effective fleets.
Priced from £29,155 OTR and with Benefit in Kind rate from 31 per cent, the Tarraco represents excellent value for money for company car drivers and businesses alike.
Martyn Collins, Fleet World Group Editor, commented: “The largest member of SEAT’s SUV family holds onto its crown for the second year in a row. It’s all down to the Tarraco’s attractive combination of sharp styling on the outside and premium materials on the inside, alongside impressive stowage, and the ability to carry seven. These all remain unchanged, however the addition of RDE2-emission compliant petrol and diesel engines makes the Tarraco even more affordable to run for fleet buyers.”
The new Leon was also recognised at the Great British Fleet awards, receiving a highly commended accolade in the Best Lower Medium Fleet Car, cementing its place as one of the best-in-class options for fleets.
Martyn Collins, Fleet World Group Editor, commented: “The new Leon is a clever car, providing the same good-looking, high-value and great-to-drive package that it always has. Yet, the new car adds a more spacious, high-tech and improved quality interior. On the road, the Leon will please fleet drivers with its keen, yet refined drive. The finishing touch has to be the variety of petrol, diesel and now plug-in hybrid engines – marking this SEAT out in a popular area of the market.”
