We’re still here to help. Our Retailers are able to support you online or on the phone, even if some services may not be available where you are.

Our Retailers are complying with the latest government advice on COVID-19 which varies by country and area, but it's always best to check the guidance where you live and contact your local Retailer in advance to discuss your requirements.

In general where retail restrictions are not in place, showrooms are fully open for you to visit for new and used car sales as well as servicing, MOT and parts sales. Where 'non-essential retail outlets' as defined by regional governments are closed, vehicle handovers are generally still available, along with servicing and parts sales by appointment.

For everyone’s wellbeing, where permitted, please only visit a Retailer once an appointment has been confirmed and always wear a face mask during your visit. Please do not visit a Retailer if you and / or your household have COVID-19 symptoms and are self-isolating.

Collecting a SEAT or thinking about buying a new one?

Free home delivery² is now available at participating Retailers, so getting hold of your new SEAT can be both fast and easy. To find out more about this please contact your local Retailer.

If test drives are possible where you are, these will always be available in line with government guidance.

Now is a great time to order a new SEAT because we guarantee not to pass on any post-Brexit tariffs to orders placed before 5.30pm on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 and delivered in line with the date communicated by your local Retailer (retail customers only, excludes Motability)³. To make the most of this, please talk to your local Retailer.

You can also experience your favourite SEAT models online with virtual appointments through Live Showcase, where our experts can answer your questions and help you choose the SEAT that’s right for you. We can even give you a virtual tour of the Arona, Ateca, Tarraco and new Leon models.

 

 

Need to bring your car in for a repair, service or routine maintenance?

We’re offering a number of different ways to care for you and your car whilst maintaining social distancing if your car does need a service or repair in compliance with the latest government advice.

Our Retailers have also introduced a 25-point sanitisation process for both the inside and outside of your car in addition to our existing cleaning measures. So when they return your car, you can be sure it is safe for you to drive right away.

Your Retailer will also be able to advise you on alternative transport and mobility services they can offer where applicable, such as courtesy cars. But please note, some of these services may be limited or withdrawn during the current situation.

If you’ve got any questions, please speak to a SEAT expert at your nearest Retailer. They will give you all the information you need, discuss your visit in detail and ensure your aftersales experience is a simple and protected one.
