We are digitally open and here for you.

Our first priority is the safety of our customers and staff. That’s why, in line with the latest government advice, to help contain the spread of COVID-19, in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland our Retailer showrooms are closed.

However, that doesn’t mean we aren’t still here for you. Across the UK, our Retailers remain digitally open for enquiries and are able to offer a range of services. Please contact your local Retailer to see how they can help.

They can take appointments online, via phone or video-call to help with everything from buying a new or used car to a range of aftersales services. If you have any enquiry, we’re still here and committed to providing the same high levels of customer care and our knowledgeable teams are working throughout lockdown to help you.

For everyone’s wellbeing, where permitted, please only visit a Retailer once an appointment has been confirmed and always wear a face mask during your visit. Collecting a SEAT or thinking about buying a new one?

Your local Retailer remains digitally open for business and will, in most cases, be pleased to offer you remote purchase options for new and used cars.

And of course, our Retailers are always available via telephone or online for any sales enquiries.

We've also made leasing a new SEAT easier than you might think. Without you having to leave the sofa you can browse the range, get a quote, set up a Contract Hire agreement and arrange delivery. You can find out more here.

You can also experience your favourite SEAT models online with virtual appointments through our Live Showcase, where our experts can answer your questions and help you choose the SEAT that’s right for you.

 

 

Need to bring your car in for a repair, service or routine maintenance?

We’re offering a number of different ways to care for you and your car whilst maintaining social distancing if your car does need a service or repair in compliance with the latest government advice.

Our Retailers have also introduced a 25-point sanitisation process for both the inside and outside of your car in addition to our existing cleaning measures. So when they return your car, you can be sure it is safe for you to drive right away.

Your Retailer will also be able to advise you on alternative transport and mobility services they can offer where applicable, such as courtesy cars. But please note, some of these services may be limited or withdrawn during the current situation.

If you’ve got any questions, please speak to a SEAT expert at your nearest Retailer. They will give you all the information you need, discuss your visit in detail and ensure your aftersales experience is a simple and protected one.
