Download the SEAT CONNECT app from the App store (Apple or Google Play). Create your SEAT ID with your name, country and email address and then register your SEAT to link it to your ID.
SEAT CONNECT is easy and can be done from your car if you have the SEAT Leon, Ibiza, Arona, Ateca or Tarraco with a navigation system. Watch the video to see these steps in action.
When it’s time to upgrade to a shiny new SEAT, you can restore your car’s factory settings and delete your SEAT ID in just a few simple taps. This way, you can be sure your user data will be completely removed.
In your SEAT infotainment system, select "Store". Then select the service you wish to renew and the term required (1 or 2 years). Then, select "Go to Online Store". You'll see a message with a QR code saying purchases are unavailable. Then log into the SEAT ID portal on your mobile device or computer. Select "Order your Connect Services", choose the renewal period and follow the payment steps. Don't forget to agree to the Terms & Conditions and once ordered, you will receive a confirmation email.
Firstly, log in to your account, go to the menu and select SEAT ID portal. On your profile, select Delete account. You will have to enter your password and confirm and then your account will be deleted. You will also have to restore Factory Settings in your SEAT. Select settings on the infotainment system, then click on Delete user / Restore Factory Settings and confirm.
