In your SEAT infotainment system, select "Store". Then select the service you wish to renew and the term required (1 or 2 years). Then, select "Go to Online Store". You'll see a message with a QR code saying purchases are unavailable. Then log into the SEAT ID portal on your mobile device or computer. Select "Order your Connect Services", choose the renewal period and follow the payment steps. Don't forget to agree to the Terms & Conditions and once ordered, you will receive a confirmation email.
Firstly, log in to your account, go to the menu and select SEAT ID portal. On your profile, select Delete account. You will have to enter your password and confirm and then your account will be deleted. You will also have to restore Factory Settings in your SEAT. Select settings on the infotainment system, then click on Delete user / Restore Factory Settings and confirm.
