Paris, 04/10/2018. - SEAT is heading to the city of Paris with all of its latest products. Coinciding with the Paris Motor Show 2018 in the French capital, which opens its doors today to the public. SEAT is launching two pop-up stores to showcase its new models, such as the hugely anticipated New SEAT Tarraco.
The award winning Arona SUV is on display in a pop-up store located in Saint-Lazare Square and from Saturday 6th October the iconic CUPRA brand will be on show in Le BHV Marais.
SEAT President Luca, de Meo stated that “Paris is the perfect backdrop to present our latest proposals to the public, such as the Tarraco and the new extra fuel efficient Arona TGI crossover . Until 2020 we are going to launch one new car every six months, which represents a challenge for the company as well as an opportunity to show the potential of SEAT. We want to be even closer to people and for this reason we are taking our cars to their natural setting, which is the streets of a city.”
The SUV range is complete at the Paris Motor Show
Visitors to the Paris Motor Show can get a first look at SEAT’s entire SUV model line-up: – the Arona, the Ateca and the New Tarraco. At this year’s show, the SEAT stand will focus on the New Tarraco and visitors will have the chance to participate in an interactive experience.
The New SEAT Tarraco
The New Tarraco is the first 7 seat SUV with 4 wheel drive from SEAT. Presented last September in the city of Tarragona, the New Tarraco hints at the design DNA from SEAT. Positioned at the top of the SEAT range, the New Tarraco combines stylish design and flexible functionality.
All of its engines benefit from direct injection, turbocharger and Start&Stop technology, with power outputs of 150 PS and 190 PS.
CUPRA Ateca, a new brand is born
The sporty new SUV spearheads the new CUPRA brand and stands out for the extraordinary balance between sporty driving pleasure and convenience for day-to-day use. With its sporty design, unique style and personality, it features an impressive array of technology equipment that places it on a par with premium competitors. It is equipped with a four cylinder 2.0 TSI engine that delivers an output of 300 PS and a seven-speed automatic dual clutch DSG gearbox.
