By taking part in the prize draw all entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All individuals that take a test drive on a SEAT vehicle before 31.07.2009 are eligible to enter this prize draw. Once your details are registered for the test drive the SEAT Dealer will enter you into the prize draw.
The prize is: one SEAT vehicle (where possible this will be the same model that the entrant test drove). Vehicle won is subject to availability and SEAT UK reserve the right to change the colour/specification of the car and/or supply an equivalent derivative if the test driven vehicle is not available.
Participants must be over the age of 18 and resident in the UK.
Participants must hold a valid UK driving licence which must be produced to the Promoter on request.
Only one entry per household.
The prize does not include road tax and insurance. Insurance, maintenance and the running costs of the car are the responsibility of the winner from the date of their ownership. Appropriate insurance must be in place at time of collection otherwise collection will be delayed. Proof of insurance cover will be requested by the Promoter, along with photo ID and valid driving licence, prior to receipt of the vehicle.
The winner will be drawn at random on 31.08.2009 from all valid entries received, and shall be notified by post and/or telephone within 14 days after the draw. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the result of the draw.
The name of the winner and the prize won will be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter before 31.09.2009.
No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified.
It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure the contact details they provide are accurate for the duration of the promotion.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
There is no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves its right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the prize winner in any future marketing materials, promotions and/or prize draws.
