Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances arise and you may need help with your SEAT in the event of a breakdown or road accident. Your new SEAT is covered by a dedicated assistance programme called SEAT Assistance (including Europe) to give you the best possible advice and practical help.

For two years from the date of first registration of your new SEAT, you can enjoy the benefits of SEAT Assistance (including Europe) and the wide range of services it provides.

If your vehicle breaks down, English-speaking operators are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the UK and abroad to assist with local services.

HAVE YOUR DETAILS READY

You'll be asked to provide the following:

  • Your name
  • Contact telephone number
  • Address
  • The registration, make, model, and colour of your vehicle
  • The nature of the breakdown
  • Your exact location
  • Last service date
  • Mileage at last service
  • Current mileage

A FEW HELPFUL TIPS

If you believe you're in a vulnerable or dangerous situation, please make this clear at the time of your call. After making the call ensure you return to a safe place near your vehicle.

If you're calling from the motorway, and don't have access to a mobile phone:

  • Walk in the direction indicated by the marker posts to the nearest SOS telephone.
  • Ask the Motorway Assistance to contact SEAT Assistance (including Europe) on one of the numbers above.
  • Return to your vehicle and wait in a safe place nearby.

If the problem resolves itself before assistance arrives, please call back and let the SEAT Assistance operator know.

Please don't make arrangements without first contacting SEAT Assistance (including Europe) as reimbursement cannot be made retrospectively.
